Do you have a refusal from Canadian Embassy? Confused about the reasons for refusal ? If this is the case then below mentioned article is for you.

You know you can request to access GCMS notes on your visa application file. Read the full article to know more.

To be eligible to order GCMS Notes from IRCC (Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada) under ATIP, you must be either a Canadian Citizen, a Canadian Permanent Resident, or an individual or corporation present in Canada.

If you do not meet the preceding requirement to submit a GCMS application to IRCC, you can still get your GCMS Notes. However, you will have to go through a representative, such as R2 Immigration Services , that meets the eligibility requirement.

R2 Immigration Services or any other GCMS representative you chose will apply for an Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) Act request on your behalf. Standard processing times to get the request processed is 28 days but IRCC can take longer depending upon the type of request and type of documentation requested. You can either apply to have Notes that explains the reasons and or you can request to have a copy of the entire application submitted.
